- It’s been hard to sort out where airstrikes are actually hitting until the next day, but it looks like in al-Raqqa Islamic State positions at the Tabqa airbase, Division 17 Base, the al-Taliea camp, and the Governance building in the center of ar-Raqqa were hit.
