      • Al-Muataz Ballah Mohammed, a media activist, said that they had actually come to look for SRF fighters who a defected to JaN.
      • The tensions also go back several months from when JaN expelled the SFR from several areas in Idlib.
    • Activists said that rebels are cutting supply lines to both the SRF and JaN in order to stop the fighting.

    • 150 Peshmerga fighters from Iraq have crossed into Turkey and are travelling to reinforce Kobani, although they will not be taking part in direct fighting.
