  • Locals in al-Hasakah have reported that on Saturday the al-Asayesh (Kurdish internal security) began to implement forced conscription into the YPG in several cities in the province.
    • Checkpoints were set up in Qamishli to detain men age 18-30. Arrests of young men were carried out in several areas in the province, and there were reports that they also raided houses to find conscripts.
